Is my data private? Who owns it?

Your data is yours. Your sites, layers, and uploads are private to your organization by default, and shared only when you create a share link, invite someone, or mark a map Public on your profile. We never sell your data. The service providers listed in our Privacy Policy process it to run MappaIQ, and you can export or permanently delete everything at any time.

What's the difference between pins and AI messages?

Pins are items on your map — each site, listing, or parcel you track. AI messages are questions you ask Nila, our built-in assistant. On Pro and Business, your AI allowance refreshes every day and never rolls over; a longer question uses a little more of it than a short one.

What happens if I hit my AI budget?

The map and all your pins keep working — AI answers pause until the budget resets (daily budgets at 00:00 UTC, monthly ones on the 1st). Pro includes $1.50/day · $8/mo; Business includes $3/day · $30/mo, with a clear message at each cap. Contact hello@vedennius.com if you need more.

Which plans include an onboarding call?

Every plan — including Basic — includes a free 30-minute onboarding call. We help you import your sites, set up your layers, and get your first analysis running so you're productive on day one. Business members get a full hands-on data migration.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account in a couple of clicks — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Annual plans give you 3 months free versus paying monthly.
